Kind of Angry

Yeah, there was a previous acquaintance of mine on Facebook that posted something dumb on his wall. I did it and was more than halfway through the requirements when he commented that I'd done it wrong. IT MORE THAN MADE ME ANGRY and I'm not entirely sure why. I guess COUNTING TO A FREAKING THOUSAND AND THEN BEING CUT OFF AT 534 KINDA MAKES ME ANGRY.

I wasn't gonna say that. BUT I DID. >_>

Bright side: At least it wasn't 999. -_-

Odd Dream

There were these four kids going through these ancient ruins. The ground was a kind of dark tan tile and the ruins were spaced several hundred feet apart, holding up a vast ceiling of granite. They split up into two groups and walked off. A small girl and I went off to the right.

There had been reports of a giant spider and a massive cat lurking there, somewhere, and for some insane reason us four had been sent to investigate. Maybe the police just hadn't wanted to lose the members of their team and sent us in. I don't remember.
Anyway, after a few minutes of walking towards a larger structure with rings of sandstone coming off on each side, the girl disappeared, which I didn't comment on for some reason.

I walked through an archway into the larger part and felt and heard something massive move from above. I looked up and saw a massive spider, easily the length of a bus, towering over me, nestled in the sandstone and granite structure. It moved very quickly and one of its legs shot out and grabbed one of the other "kids". Poor Captain Kirk.

Kirk squirmed as the spider slammed him into the wall and then webbed him stuck there. I would've laughed at Kirk's face, but right then the cat came out of nowhere. One of the spiders legs shot down and smacked me on the face, and I blacked out.

I woke up and I'm invisible. Like, I know my body is there, and I can feel it there, but I couldn't see it. I blinked and sat up and saw the spiders face materialize right in front of me. It blinked and then lunged, and the dream seemed to reset itself.

Me, the girl, Kirk and the other girl were there. (The girls had no identities. I never saw their faces in the dream, and I didn't pay attention to their body type, so they could be anyone.)

The layout was the same, but I had my memories of what had happened the last time. I ran to where the Cat had come from and looked inside a small hole. Two white eyes looked out at me and blinked. I fell backward and scuttled towards the far wall of the oval-like cavern that was somehow well lit.

The cat started talking. In a somewhat familiar voice the cat said, "You're lucky to come to me. I won't kill you as slowly as that spider when it digests."
I gulped and grabbed a stick lying behind me and started batting at it. The spider lunged over me with super-speed and just shot across the open area. I looked to where I thought it was and blinked, and suddenly the cat was right in front of me. It swiped at me and scratched my face up, and then light came up from the back of the cats body and a voice said in my mind, "Here is the power of healing."

Then I blinked and woke up at my Grandma Jarman's house, where there was this pretty large wolf spider on the counter. It looked at me and time warped almost three weeks. It was spring and the spider had grown to the length of a golden retriever. The fangs along were scary enough, but the spider wasn't hostile. It ate pork and that was it, and it didn't even do the weirdo digestive thing. It had a mouth behind its pincers and just ate the pork. NOM NOM NOM.

The weirdest thing about it though was that the entire family was fine with this massive arachnid that lived on the counter. I don't think we ever named him, but as time went on (I'm talking months) the spider got more armor growing on it. It looked more like a whip-scorpion at the end. It even had those two antennae (Mom called them "Feeler-things").

After a while of Kendrabelle texting me (which I was more than mostly asleep through), I fell back asleep and then finished the dream with a bunch of foreign cousins coming over and trying to eat the spider. It didn't really like that and ended up running out the front door, screaming like an old lady.

I have weird dreams.

Other weirdo posting

Hehe. Still me.

Haven't Posted in a while

Been keeping my journal for the past 11 days. It's interesting how much can happen between now and then.

Before I go to sleep I:
Read as much as I can of an assigned book (Usually about 50 pages of Imperium)
Read 1 chapter of the BoM
Do +4 push-ups of however many I did last night (4, 8, 12, 16, 20)

Aside from that my days have been rather unproductive. Mostly I've been talking to Kendrabelle and Andre and Cavender, but last night I tried to get Windows 7 on here. Apparently I'm missing a few files though, because it comes up with the error "Bootcgm" or something like that is missing/corrupt, and to press Ctrl + Alt + Del to restart. When trying that, the buttons didn't work.
Big surprise.

There should be another person posting on this blog, which is also me. Due to a lot of things I switched emails. Mostly it was because I was sick of seeing JangoJordan instead of the name I'd made up for myself: Kyrenius.

Today has been an extremely amazing day

Today, one year ago, I met Kendra. So far we've gotten to know each other extremely well, and she and I think of each other as more siblings than long-distance friends.

We're both interested in the same things and (usually) like the same books.
Now if only she'd actually finish a book. :P
We're holding a competition between the two of us. Whoever reaches 10,000 words before the 16th wins. 16th at 4 O'clock. She's pretty pessimistic about it, but I'm confident that this will be a close struggle. Honestly I'm thinking something along the lines of "BRING IT ON SISTAH!"

Apparently I got tagged in the Happy award. I'll have to post that tomorrow since I'm rather busy testing out and watching.

It's a 3D black widow spider. It turns like "\" when hovering over a text entry field, it turns towards the screen and starts moving its legs when the computer is loading, it starts spinning a web when the the CPU is taking a lot of load and is loading, and it's extremely realistic. When the mouse isn't moving, it moves its front legs.
And I love it. :D

Yesterday I took up a challenge. Kendrabelle challenged me to write in my journal every day for a year. Not only did I find and download a program to do it, but the program is extremely easy to use. I love it.

Now I just have to actually start editing. I say I will, but if I never actually open the document, then it never happens.
*opens document*

Time to edit. >:D

I'd Forgotten how much fun Editing was!

Yesterday at dance, they all sat down and talked and watched their performance... so I was bored. I opened my netbook and opened "Tattered flesh working.odt" and started reading. So far all I've done is a few small line edits and one big scene adaptation, but I'm really focusing on the big picture and marking the things that don't make sense or are contradictions.

There was a major plot that I decided to kill half-way through writing it. There was gonna be this necromancer that was controlling the zombies, and he was going to kidnap Adrian and then Tyro was going to become some sort of beast-slayer, but I decided not to do that. I like what I did for this version a lot more.
I'm only at page 40 of 228, but I'll be done reading it really soon. Then comes the plot structure editing. :D

Job ">:|"

Today I was called into my job (I'm a tax filer) and was basically told that my handwriting was too poor to do the job. I didn't think about it that much until my Mom reminded me that there's a way to DIGITALLY SCAN IN AND PRINT ENVELOPES. I'm kinda pissed off at that, and I really just don't want to work there. I HATE filing things. I'd honestly rather stack shelves at Target than sit there and slide on my knees all day, reaching for taxes and finding names of people that I've never met.

Jaxon has an Interesting way of Speaking

My little 4 year-old brother, Jaxon, has an interesting way of speaking.

I'll list how I say it and how he'd say it.

Me: Time to go to bed [name].
Jaxon: [name] ur go to bed.
Yeah, you read that right, "Ur". He can't pronounce "Your" or "You're", he just says "Ur". It's hilarious!
Me: We're going to the store.
Jaxon: Store? Jurdin are we [mumble] STORE!?
Me: Yes Jaxon, we're going to the store.

Me: Jaxon, it's time to go to bed.
Jaxon: No you! Ur go to bed Jurdin!

It's 11 here and I'm kinda hyper cuz I'm getting windows 7 and so yeah. Blame lack of sleep for the odd post. :P

Updated Total Words

Invasi|ion + LIFES = 85034

tFoH = 8941
Tattered Flesh = 50925

For a grand total of 144,900.
And I've still got more to write for tFoH.

First post of 2010

Reminiscing over the awesomeness and fails of last year. The first on my list would have to be meeting Kendra, since that also happened really early in '09. So far she's been an awesome friend and I've been encouraging her (lol) to write, and she's done the same to me. :D

Secondly would be meeting Stina. I think I met her just a few days after I met Kendra. :D

Third would be getting a netbook for my birthday. This thing has been the most useful device for me. Although the version of XP that I had seemed to have “I'm a Netbook running XP with no anti-virus, come after me!” written along it in every language (including LOLcat), so I installed Ubuntu Netbook Remix.

Fourth, I'd have to say was celebrating the anniversary of BREAKING MY ARM. THAT was FAIL, especially since there was a soccer goal post about a hundred feet away on that day, TAUNTING ME.
And Kirstin turned 1. She's so cute! :D

Another would be making this blog. I don't care if I did it in '08 or w/e, I LOVE WRITING IN IT and I KNOW I DON'T DO IT ENOUGH!

I'll think of more later I have got to go to bed. I feel really sick right now. :l
